Tailored training programmes can be delivered to meet specific client needs across a wide range of employment law and HR issues.

  • Basics of Employment law; covering contracts of employment, obligations on employer and employee and overview of key legislation.

  • Employee Relations training including an overview of trade union legislation.

  • Discrimination, Harassment and Bullying; the employers’ obligations.

  • Managing alcohol and drug abuse in the workplace.

  • Employment Law update.

Specific courses can also be designed to give an overview of key legislation developments for line managers.

In the case of appraisal skills, absence management and disciplinary training, the initial training course may be followed by practical learning within your company. A follow up course can also allow trainees to share their learning experiences.
