Faye Barron
Employment Law Advisor
Faye joined the Advice Line Team at Empire in March 2008. Prior to this, she gained valuable HR, Employee Relations and line management experience in a number of different sectors including Facilities Management, Oil & Gas, the Travel industry and the Public Sector.
A Chartered member of the CIPD, Faye studied HRM and Business Law at Stirling University where she also completed her CIPD qualification.
Outside work Faye spends her time with her partner and their young family. Having had their baby girl in 2010, Faye is kept busy chasing Poppy around the house, persuading her 11-year-old step son to eat fruit and veg and keeping their aged but excitable Springer Spaniel in check! With young children and a Music Lecturer in the household, a constant, yet, eclectic soundtrack fills the family’s home, from Nursery Rhymes and Classical music to Heavy Metal and, the “utterly awesome” Take That (Faye’s words, not our’s).
