Donna Gibb
Donna looks after our HR servicing team and splits her time between managing the team and delivering client work. Donna has over 10 years experience of working as an HR generalist and in particular in employee relations. She has worked across industries for companies such as Empire Business Services, Petrofac and Universal Sodexho. She has advised directors and managers of all levels on employee relations issues and change management programmes such as reorganisations and redundancy exercises. Donna is a chartered member of the CIPD
Donna’s time out of work is largely spent renovating a steading which she hopes to move into later this year.
