Craig Bennison
Head of Employment Litigation
Craig Bennison is Head of our Employment Litigation Department, responsible for the delivery of commercially driven legal solutions for our clients.
Craig qualified as a Barrister in 1997 and since this time has specialised in Employment Law and Industrial Relations along with business related areas of law, appearing in numerous cases before the Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunals and obtained his Masters Degree in Employment Law and Industrial Relations in 2009.
When not involved in litigation at the Employment Tribunal, Craig gives strategic advice to clients in Employment related matters and talks on Employment law and related matters at Conferences and Seminars and also lectures in this area.
With three (3) children ranging from 3 – 10 and needing varying degrees of entertaining and the parental taxi service, Craig’s spare time is limited but as much as possible Craig likes to compete at showjumping (photos and rosettes to prove it!)
